Bourbon Rickey Cocktail

Though its cousin the Gin Rickey is more common today, this classic cocktail recipe can also be made with bourbon.

Ingredients in The Bourbon Rickey Cocktail

1 ¹⁄₂ oz Bourbon

half Lime

Club soda 

Glass: 

Highball

How to make The Bourbon Rickey Cocktail

Fill a highball glass with cracked ice.

Squeeze the lime half into the glass and drop it in.

Add the bourbon and fill with club soda.

Stir briefly to combine.
