This old-school Martini goes heavy on the vermouth.

Ingredients in The Marguerite Cocktail

1 oz Plymouth gin

1 oz Noilly Prat dry vermouth

1 dash Regans Orange Bitters No. 6

Garnish: 

1 Lemon peel

Glass: 

Cocktail

How to make The Marguerite Cocktail

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel and/or a small Spanish olive without pimento.
