- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz Orange Curaçao
- 1 oz Demerara syrup (one part Demerara sugar, one part water)
- 1 oz 151-proof gold Caribbean rum (Cruzan or Bacardi)
- 0.5 oz Lemon Hart 151-Proof Demerara Rum
- 10 oz Crushed ice
Glass:
Large snifter or tiki vessel
How to make The Tasman Sea Cocktail
Add
all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, up to 10 seconds.
Pour (unstrained) into a large snifter or tiki vessel.
