³⁄₄ oz Dry vermouth

Dash orange bitters

Garnish: 

1 Orange peel

How to make The 1942 Martini Cocktail

Add all the ingredient to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake well and strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with an orange peel.
