Mazanasada Cocktail

This tequila-and-mezcal drink with apple cider and ginger beer is a delicious tipple for the fall or winter.

Ingredients in The Mazanasada Cocktail

Spice Sugar

1 oz Tequila

¹⁄₂ oz Mezcal

1 ¹⁄₂ oz Apple cider

³⁄₄ ozLemon Juice

Ginger beer

Garnish: 

1  Diced red apple

Glass: 

Collins

How to make The Mazanasada Cocktail

Coat the rim of a Collins glass with Spice Sugar, fill with ice and set aside.
Add the tequila, mezcal cider and lemon juice to a shaker, and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into the prepared glass.
Fill with ginger beer and garnish with diced red apple.
