Smoke Show Cocktail

The bright, fresh taste and warming herbal properties of this cocktail by bartender Liz Martinez at The Purple Pig bring to mind Christmas trees, cold snowy mornings and evenings spent by a crackling fire.

Ingredients in The Smoke Show Cocktail

2 oz Mezcal
14 oz Cynar
14 oz Green Chartreuse
12 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
12 oz Simple syrup
Egg white foam

Garnish: 
Glass: 

How to make The Smoke Show Cocktail

Shake all of ingredients in a shaker with ice until chilled.
Strain into a Martini glass, and garnish with cinnamon shavings.
