STRAWBERRY FIELDS COCKTAIL

This strawberry-mint cognac cocktail is a perfect for drinking on a porch on a warm summer evening.

INGREDIENTS IN THE STRAWBERRY FIELDS COCKTAIL  

2 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P. Privilège cognac

¹⁄₂ oz Cointreau

³⁄₄ oz Fresh lemon juice

³⁄₄ oz Simple syrup Strawberries

1 Mint sprig

Garnish: 

Mint sprig, Strawberry

Glass: Rocks

HOW TO MAKE THE STRAWBERRY FIELDS COCKTAIL

Muddle the strawberries and mint sprig in a shaker.

Add the remaining ingredients and ice, and shake.

Strain into a rocks glass over ice.

Garnish with a mint sprig and strawberry.
