GAELIC FLIP COCKTAIL

Fortify yourself with the Irish-whiskey-and-egg Gaelic Flip cocktail.

INGREDIENTS IN THE GAELIC FLIP COCKTAIL  

1 ¹⁄₄ oz Bushmills Irish Whiskey

1 oz Sweet vermouth

1 tsp Allspice liqueur

¹⁄₃ oz Simple syrup

1 Egg

Garnish: 1 mutmeg

Glass: Irish Coffee or rocks

HOW TO MAKE THE GAELIC FLIP COCKTAIL

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (without ice) to emulsify.

Fill with ice and shake again.

Strain into an Irish coffee mug or rocks glass and garnish with grated nutmeg.
