A fall take on the whiskey sour with maple syrup and a
little bit of Drambuie.
Ingredients
·
1 egg white
·
1-1/2 ounces rye
(I used Rittenhouse)
·
¾ ounce real maple syrup
·
¾ ounce lemon juice
·
¼ ounce Drambuie
·
Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
Directions
1. Add all ingredients except for garnish to a cocktail
shaker and dry shake.
2. Open shaker, fill with ice and shake again.
3.
Double strain
into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
